Cause: Jump into freezing cold lake, where the highest temperature is 40 degrees, swim 25 yards, tread water for one minute, put on your PFD(life vest for you non-water people), do the buddy huddle and then do a freakish emergency water hold on yourself.

Effect: 101 degree fever, runny nose, sneezing, coughing and horrid body aches.
